I needed a better way to understand the future trends, and I needed to ensure that my clients were not left behind. I needed a clear strategy for 2025 and I was determined to find that solution.

    My quest to gaze into the future of digital marketing began, as most of my quests do, with a cup of chai, a lot of research, and a dash of intuition. I wasn’t trying to become a psychic or a fortune teller; I was simply trying to understand the emerging trends, the evolving technologies, and the changing consumer behaviours that would shape the digital landscape in 2025.     My “aha” moment came not from some futuristic technology or some secret source; it came while I was helping my didi (elder sister) with her online business. She was constantly worried about whether her marketing strategies would continue to be effective in the year ahead, and she was always asking “Yaar, kya hone wala hai?” – what is going to happen? and it was that simple question, that simple curiosity about the future that made me realize that a lot of businesses were struggling with the same concern. People needed a clear direction and they needed to know what to expect in 2025.
